Eligible Cherokee Nation high school seniors can receive a braided graduation cord with a charm of the Cherokee Nation seal to wear during graduation and keep as a token of their accomplishments.

CHOCTAW NATION
ATTENTION GRADUATING CHOCTAW NATION OF OKLAHOMA HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS
Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma high school seniors can now receive graduation cords.
Braided in purple and white, the graduation cords feature a charm displaying the Great Seal of the Choctaw Nation. Graduation cords are presented to Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma graduates to keep as a memento. We encourage students to review and adhere to their school graduation policy.
Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma high school seniors who attend a high school OUTSIDE of the 10.5 counties may apply online for a graduation cord at the following link, https://www.choctawnation.com/services/graduation-cords/.

MUSCOGEE CREEK NATION
Graduating Muscogee high school seniors may receive a braided, green and gold graduation cord with a custom, full-color charm of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation seal to wear during graduation and to keep as a token of their accomplishments.
Eligibility:
Enrolled Citizens of The Muscogee (Creek) Nation
Graduating High School Senior for the 2024 School Year

Note: This application is primarily for students who live outside The Muscogee Reservation or attend a school district that is not serviced by MCN JOM. However, we encourage students/parents to review the application for a listing of schools that have already requested or received cords for their students.
